Features an inner lining sleeve with an adjustable and lockable string cord, large front Velcro pocket, one opened back pocket, two-side elastic mesh pockets, two adjustable and lockable string cords, and a polyweb shoulder length carrying handle. 600 denier polyester with PVC backing.
