Pen Holders & Neck Pens

Custom Pen Holders and Pocket Protectors for Front Counters, Clipboards, Contractors, and Public Works Crews

A pen holder keeps the logo in the same spot every day, right where people sign. Front desks and reception counters keep a pen on a retractable holder. Field supervisors clip one to a clipboard. Contractors, plumbers, engineers and public works crews wear a vinyl pocket protector with the company name on the flap.

This small shelf carries retractable pen holders with a bulldog clip in round, square and heart shapes; jumbo pen holders in star, oval and rectangle shapes with an antimicrobial additive that protects the holder itself; vinyl pocket protectors with a short or a tall flap; and a backer card. Some pieces are made in the USA. Promotions Now sends free samples to businesses and organizations so buyers can compare pen holders before ordering.

Common Questions About Pen Holders and Pocket Protectors

What keeps a pen at the front counter?
A retractable pen holder with a bulldog clip keeps a pen attached where customers sign. Check each product page for mounting details.

Do you have pocket protectors with our name?
Yes. Vinyl pocket protectors come with a short or a tall imprint flap.

Where are neck pens?
Neck pens are not on this page right now. A pen with a carabiner sits on Multi-function Pens.

Can the office manager try a holder before we order?
Yes, and try more than one. Add a retractable holder, a jumbo holder and a pocket protector to the sample basket from any product page, or call 800.378.6376. Promotions Now packages them so the office manager can clip each to the counter. Free samples ship to a business or organization address from the Promotions Now sample basket.
