Custom Pen Sets

Custom Pen Sets and Pen and Pencil Sets for Service Anniversaries, Holiday Gifts, Awards Nights, and Client Thank Yous

A boxed pen set is handed over, not handed out, so it lands as recognition. HR teams give them at service anniversaries and retirements. Companies add them to holiday gifting for staff and clients. Awards night planners set one at each honoree's seat, and account managers send one as a client thank you.

The entry tier is the recycled pen and pencil gift set and a rainbow pen, pencil and highlighter set, priced for volume. One step up is the metal pen and pencil set, in plunge action and twist action styles, and a ballpoint and mechanical pencil set in a Zebra gift box. The top of the ladder is the Sheaffer ballpoint and rollerball gift set, with the Hourglass and Elcano sets in between. Sets come gift boxed or specially packaged. Promotions Now sends free samples to businesses and organizations so buyers can compare pen sets before ordering.
