Pick the Shape Before the Color

Everyone starts by asking about color matching and nobody remembers the color afterwards. They remember that the insurance company handed out a little house, or that the trucking firm handed out a delivery van. The shape carries the message, and on a busy show floor it is the thing that makes an attendee stop and pick the item up rather than walk past a bowl of round ones.

Foam, Gel and Plush Hybrids

Standard polyurethane foam is the volume workhorse: light, fast to squeeze, springs straight back. Gel filled versions are denser and slower and feel more substantial in the hand, at a higher unit cost. The plush and gel Stress Buster hybrids cross into gift territory and suit a staff or client audience rather than a booth. Imprint area varies enormously by shape, so proof the artwork before you commit at volume.

Common Questions

How do we find a shape for our industry?

Tell us what the company does in one sentence and we will search it for you. With more than a thousand molds in stock, browsing is the slow way to do this.

What is the difference between foam and gel?

Foam is lighter, costs less in quantity and springs back immediately. Gel is denser, slower to recover and feels more like a product than a handout. For booth volume choose foam; for a desk gift, gel is worth the difference.

Can you color match to our brand exactly?

Sometimes. Many shapes come in a set range of stock colors rather than an open palette, so an exact match is not always possible on a given mold. Ask us before you promise a specific color internally, and we will tell you what that shape can actually do.
